EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe traffic infringement notice offences for Part IVB of the Traffic Act 1925 ; and(b) prescribe and specify offences for certain other provisions of that Act; and(c) provide for certain other compliance and enforcement matters under that Act; and(d) rescind the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2001 and its amending legislation.
