This order amends subsection (1) of section 5 of the Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Act 1994 , relating to the membership of the Council of Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity, by substituting –(a) the new name of a body that has had a change of name; and(b) a new body for a body that has ceased to exist.
