These regulations provide, in relation to gas-fitting work and automotive gas-fitting work and for the purposes of the Occupational Licensing Act 2005 , for –(a) licensing procedures and related matters; and(b) rectification processes for defective; and(c) infringement notice penalties, demerit points and other penalties; and(d) licensing and other fees; and(e) other miscellaneous matters.
