This proclamation amends the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 30 December 2009 as Statutory Rules 2009, No. 195 and amended by the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 7 April 2010 as Statutory Rules 2010, No. 25 by changing the date on which the proclamation takes effect from 1 August 2010 to 1 July 2011.
