Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations 2010

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 by –

(a) increasing, from 60 fee units to 61 fee units, the fee for 12 months' registration of a motor vehicle with a maximum loaded mass exceeding 4.5 tonnes; and

(b) providing for transitional matters consequent on the commencement of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2010 ; and

(c) correcting certain legislative references and making other minor amendments.
