These rules of court amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Rules 1998 by –(a) prescribing an entitlement for a successful party in an action to recover certain disbursements; and(b) increasing the fees for certain –(i) costs and expenses; and(ii) witness fees and disbursements.
