This order revokes the Rail Infrastructure Order 2007 which designates Pacific National (Tasmania) Pty Limited as the Rail Infrastructure Manager for certain parts of the rail network consequent on the designation of Tasmanian Railway Pty Ltd as the Rail Infrastructure Owner.
