Gas (Safety) Amendment Regulations 2009

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Gas (Safety) Regulations 2002 by –

(a) updating the standards and codes that apply in certain circumstances; and

(b) requiring certain gas fitting work to be commissioned; and

(c) updating the requirements for gas installations and gas fitting work; and

(d) making provision for automotive gas fitting work; and

(e) effecting minor statute law revision.
