This order –(a) specifies the maximum premiums chargeable by the Motor Accidents Insurance Board under the Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Act 1973 during the period of 4 years following the day on which the order takes effect; and(b) revokes the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2006 .
