State Service (Restructuring) Order 2009

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order effects a restructuring of the State Service by –

(a) amalgamating parts of a Government department with other Government departments; and

(b) changing the name of two Government departments; and

(c) abolishing a Government department.
