EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) provide for the fees payable for race field information publication approvals; and(b) provide for the application of an exempt turnover threshold in respect of the fees payable for race field information publication approvals; and(c) prescribe the conditions which may be imposed on race field information publication approvals; and(d) prescribe the manner in which applications for race field information publication approvals are to be made and the information to be contained in those applications; and(e) prescribe the criteria for determining applications for race field information publication approvals; and(f) prescribe the grounds for the cancellation or variation of race field information publication approvals; and(g) provide for the distribution of fees collected in relation to race field information publication approvals.
