This proclamation declares –(a) that certain land known as the Cove Hill Restricted Supply Water District ceases to be a water district; and(b) certain land to be a restricted supply water district and names that district the Cove Hill Restricted Supply Water District; and(c) certain land to be a water district and names that district the Cove Hill Water District.
