EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

These Rules of Court amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by –

(a) updating the form for subpoenas; and

(b) inserting new forms for service under the Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (the "Hague Service Convention").
