EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations, which are made consequentially on the rescission of the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Regulations 2004 under the Occupational Licensing Act 2005  –

(a) provide for the allowances and accounts of the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Board; and

(b) provide for a range of matters relating to registrations under the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Act 1951 including fees, forms and application requirements; and

(c) rescind the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Amendment Regulations 2008 .
