EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Juries Regulations 2005 by –(a) increasing the remuneration to be paid to unemployed persons who attend court for jury service; and(b) increasing, and indexing annually, the remuneration to be paid to employed or self-employed persons who attend court for jury service.
