Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002

This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries and Water.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares certain areas of Crown land to be reserved land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 in the class of conservation area and gives a name to each of those areas of reserved land; and

(b) extends certain areas of reserved land under that Act in the classes of game reserve, conservation area, nature recreation area and regional reserve; and

(c) declares Mt Faulkner Conservation Area to be renamed Mount Faulkner Conservation Area.
