Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002

This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries and Water.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) extends certain areas of reserved land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 in the classes of State reserve, nature reserve and national park; and

(b) declares an area of Crown land to be reserved land under that Act in the class of nature reserve and gives the name Calverts Hill Nature Reserve to that reserved land; and

(c) alters the class of an area of reserved land under that Act from conservation area to nature reserve and gives the name Sith Cala Nature Reserve to that reserved land.
