EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) specify the information to be provided in certain applications under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 ; and(b) declare certain treatments to be special treatments for the purposes of Part 6 of that Act; and(c) specify the cases where medical or dental treatment may not be carried out, without consent, on persons to whom that Part applies; and(d) provide that the consent of a person responsible for a person to whom that Part applies is to be in writing.
