EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations amend the Electricity Supply Industry (Price Control) Regulations 2003 by –(a) requiring the Regulator, in making a price determination relating to a retail service, to assume that Aurora Energy pays the price specified in the Electricity Supply Industry (Price Control) Regulations 2003 for all the electricity it uses for that retail service; and(b) specifying that price.
