Plant Quarantine Regulations 2007

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries and Water.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) prescribe the fees and charges payable under the Plant Quarantine Act 1997 ; and

(b) prescribe the offences under that Act in respect of which infringement notices may be issued; and

(c) prescribe the penalties payable in respect of those infringement notice offences; and

(d) rescind the Plant Quarantine Regulations 1998 .
