This proclamation amends the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 1 July 2001 as Statutory Rules 2001, No. 76 consequent on the enactment of the Vocational Education and Training Amendment (Skills Tasmania) Act 2007 by replacing the reference to the Tasmanian Learning and Skills Authority with a reference to Skills Tasmania.
