This proclamation fixes 1 July 2007 as the date on and after which fresh valuations of all lands in the municipal areas of George Town, Circular Head, Burnie, Central Coast, Break O'Day, Northern Midlands, Meander Valley, West Tamar, Clarence and Brighton come into force.
