EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations prescribe the following matters for the purposes of the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2005 :

(a) the requirements for keeping and maintaining trust account records;

(b) the investment of trust money;

(c) the audit and inspection requirements for those trust account records;

(d) the accounting and reporting requirements for the Property Agents Trust;

(e) the required qualifications for certain persons;

(f) the fees payable under the Act.
