These regulations –(a) prescribe fees and charges for the purposes of the Marine Farming Planning Act 1995 ; and(b) provide for the remission or exemption from payment of those fees and charges; and(c) prescribe offences for which infringement notices may be issued; and(d) prescribe penalties for those offences.
