These regulations amend the Water Management (Safety of Dams) Regulations 2003 –(a) in respect of the competency standards required of people undertaking certain activities specified in those regulations to ensure consistency with the relevant ANCOLD guidelines; and(b) by increasing the fee payable for the assessment of certain reports.
