These regulations –(a) prescribe infringement offences for the purposes of the Security and Investigations Agents Act 2002 and the penalties for those infringement offences; and(b) prescribe the fees payable under that Act in respect of the matters specified in the regulations; and(c) rescind the Security and Investigations Agents Regulations 2002 .
