EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations provide for –(a) directions in relation to, and the recording of, proceedings before the Tasmanian Industrial Commission; and(b) various forms in respect of awards, industrial agreements and enterprise agreements under the Industrial Relations Act 1984; and(c) various other matters arising under that Act.
