These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations 1998 by replacing a reference to a company formed under the Port Companies Act 1997 with a reference to the Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty. Ltd. consequent on the enactment of the Tasmanian Ports Corporation Act 2005 .
