EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000 by –

(a) revising a ground on which an ancillary certificate in driving instruction may be suspended or cancelled; and

(b) revising provisions in relation to applications for ancillary certificates in driving instruction; and

(c) making further provision in relation to the conditions of ancillary certificates in driving instruction.
