EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

These Rules of Court amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 by revising the Schedule of fees and costs to those rules so as to –

(a) increase the fees allowed to practitioners and counsel; and

(b) provide for certain costs to be increased without further amendment of the Schedule; and

(c) omit obsolete references.
