EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations prescribe –(a) fees for applications for a licence to practise as a conveyancer and for inspection of the register of conveyancers; and(b) the minimum amount of professional indemnity insurance cover required for conveyancers; and(c) rules of conduct for conveyancers to maintain professional standards and, in particular, as to sharing of premises and attendance at places of business.
