This proclamation fixes 1 July 2005 as the date on and after which a fresh valuation of all lands within the valuation districts comprising the municipal areas of the following councils comes into force:(a) Dorset Council;(b) Glamorgan-Spring Bay Council;(c) Glenorchy City Council;(d) Launceston City Council;(e) Waratah-Wynyard Council.
