EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) notifies the dedication of certain Crown land at Triabunna as a highway; and

(b) notifies the boundaries of that highway; and

(c) declares certain portions of a certain road at Triabunna to be a State highway.
