This notice exempts –(a) certain drivers of commercial buses and heavy trucks from some driving time and work time restrictions contained in the Vehicle and Traffic (Vehicle Operations) Regulations 2001; and(b) certain drivers of heavy trucks from a rest time requirement contained in those regulations.
