EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

These Rules of Court amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 by –

(a) updating a defined term to ensure consistency with other provisions of those rules; and

(b) amending another term to comply with a change in the Reserve Bank of Australia's publications.
