These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations replace the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal Regulations 1993 ; they –

(a) provide for notice of hearings; and

(b) provide for the service of documents; and

(c) prescribe the fee for instituting an appeal.
