EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe certain matters for the purposes of the Housing Indemnity Act 1992; and(b) exempt certain building work from the application of section 11 of that Act; and(c) make provision for obligations on certain parties involved in insuring building work; and(d) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Housing Indemnity Regulations 1993 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
