EXPLANATORY NOTE

This proclamation (a) notifies the dedication of certain lands of the Crown as highways; and(b) notifies the boundaries of those highways; and(c) declares certain portions of certain roads to be State highways; and(d) declares that certain portions of road cease to be State highways; and(e) declares certain parts of certain roads to be subsidiary roads, classification secondary road; and(f) declares certain parts of the Bass Highway bypassing Westbury, Hagley and Penguin to be limited access roads under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935; and(g) specifies certain places of access to those limited access roads; and(h) amends an earlier proclamation by redefining the Bass Highway, the Meander Valley Secondary Road, the Birralee Main Road and the Preservation Secondary Road.
