Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002

This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares certain land that became reserved land in the class of conservation area when it was acquired for the purposes of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 to be reserved land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 in the class of State reserve; and

(b) declares certain land that became reserved land in the class of conservation area when it was acquired for the purposes of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 to be reserved land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 in the class of nature reserve; and

(c) declares certain areas of Crown land to be reserved land under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 in the class of nature reserve; and

(d) gives a name to each of those areas of reserved land.
