Travel Agents Regulations 2003

These regulations are administered in the Department of Justice and Industrial Relations.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations make provision for the following matters under the Travel Agents Act 1987:

(a) conveyances to which section 4 of the Act does not apply;

(b) applications for a licence under the Act and the conditions that may be placed on the licence;

(c) particulars and qualifications required of the person in charge;

(d) the notice to be displayed under the Act;

(e) the register to be kept of licences;

(f) the compensation scheme for the purposes of the Act;

(g) fees payable under the Act.
