This order-in-council amends the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Order 1984 by declaring that the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1993 of the Australian Capital Territory is an interstate law for the purposes of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1982 of Tasmania.
