EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Animal Farming (Registration) Regulations 1995 by –

(a) adopting the Exotic Sheep Breeds Code of Practice for the purpose of the Animal Farming (Registration) Act 1994 ; and

(b) prescribing certain species of animal to be prescribed animals.
