EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Motor Accidents (Liabilities and Compensation) Regulations 2000 by providing that an MAIB premium is not payable for –(a) an agricultural implement towed by a motor vehicle; or(b) a trailer towed by an agricultural machine operating as an agricultural machine.
