These regulations rescind the following regulations:(a) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Regulations 1989 ;(b) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1990 ;(c) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1993 ;(d) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1998 ;(e) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1994 .
