EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) make provision for the investigation of, and the making of determinations regulating, prices for goods and services provided by electricity entities authorised by a licence to operate a transmission network; and(b) make provision for the investigation of, and the making of determinations regulating, prices for certain goods and services provided by electricity entities authorised by a licence to operate a distribution network or retail electricity; and(c) provide for related matters.
