EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the rule)

These rules amend the Fisheries (Scalefish) Rules 2001 in relation to –

(a) conditions on the granting of certain licences; and

(b) gear allocations for holders of more than one fishing licence; and

(c) marking nets, longlines and droplines.
