EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations make provision in respect of –

(a) applications for and consideration of cremation permits; and

(b) the duties of crematorium managers and managers of prescribed businesses; and

(c) the powers of authorised officers; and

(d) approval of equipment for crematoriums; and

(e) savings and transitional provisions.
