These regulations prescribe –(a) requirements for the identification of a deceased person; and(b) requirements for the construction of coffins; and(c) procedures to be observed in the conduct of businesses for the handling, transport and storage of a deceased person; and(d) requirements for vehicles used in the transport of a deceased person; and(e) the powers of authorised officers.
