Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970

This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) that an area of Crown land known as Judgment Rocks Nature Reserve ceases to be reserve land; and

(b) that an area of land given the name Deal Island Conservation Area ceases to be reserved land; and

(c) an area of Crown land to be reserved land in the class of national park and names that land Kent Group National Park.
