EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the rule)
These rules –(a) prohibit a person who is not the holder of a fishing licence (personal) to supervise activities under certain licences; and(b) provide for limits on taking certain shellfish; and(c) prohibit taking certain shellfish by any fishing gear; and(d) rescind provisions relating to the trawl fishery.
